France

France is one of the largest, modern and beautiful countries in Europe. It is located in Western Europe and has a population around 65 million people. The country opens onto the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea and is a neighbour to Germany, Spain, Monaco, England, Italy and others. Its capital is the beautiful and romantic city of Paris.

There are many beautiful and fascinating places in France. One of them is Marseille, which is the second-largest city in France and an important port town with unique attractions such as: the castles Saint Jean and Saint Nicolas, the Saint-Victor Abbey, the palaces Pharos and Longshan, etc. Centuries-old town of Saint-Tropez, located on the French Riviera, is one of the most famous seaside resorts on the planet. Its shores are clean and spacious and the beaches – covered with fine golden sand. Another great attraction are the castles on the Loire (also called the „River of Kings“) – the palaces Chambord,  Sheverni and Shanonso. Strasbourg is another preferable tourist destination where you can see the outstanding Gothic cathedral „Notre Dame“ and the beautiful „Little France“ neighbourhood. Not to forget the palace of Versailles – a starting point for many tourists, visiting to France. And of course the unforgettable capital no one fails to visit – Paris.
